1. Return Policy

We have return warehouses conveniently located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Australia for your convenience.

1）All Purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, bikinis, and bras) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2）Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued.
3）The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

2. Purchase Not Eligible for Return

1）Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return.
2）Swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, bikinis, and bras cannot be returned or exchanged.
3）Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item. Please provide photos of the clothes with issues/defects when contacting us.

3. How to Make Your Return

You can contact our online customer service or send an email to our service mailbox within 30 days of receiving the goods, stating the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. A return label will be sent to you via email within 12 hours.

4. Kind reminder before returning

Once we receive your return package, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. However, if you paid with a credit card, please be aware that it may take the bank longer (approximately 1-2 weeks) to process the refund, depending on the credit card company.

5. Exchange policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you would like an item in a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item in your preferred size and color.
